Alison Clay-Duboff is a very busy Realtor®; however she dedicates time to serve her community. She sits on the advisory board of the Hermosa Beach Summer Concerts Series, is a Rotarian, and volunteers as a mentor for LEAP at UCLA, a nonprofit education youth leadership foundation. In October she will be a featured speaker at the California Association of Realtors EXPO.

How do you distinguish yourself from the competition?  “I answer my phone! So many prospects tell me that other Realtors simply do not pick up the phone. I use creativity in my marketing. I am known for ‘that photo.’”
