Dogs Love the South Bay

my baby

Everyone knows, or knows as of this post, what a huge dog lover I am. I have some wonderful pooches of my own and I enjoy spending time with them all over the beach cities. Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and Manhattan Beach are three of the most dog-friendly cities I have ever been to. I just love running down Manhattan Beach’s greenbelt with the doggies, or taking them to a local dog park or doggie event for some fun time.

There are always ongoing events for pets and their parents. For instance, on February 7th, 2014, there’s a Manhattan Beach small dog playgroup meeting. The off-leash get together in a private gym is a social event for small breeds while doggy parents can relax with a complimentary cup of coffee. Why not grab some dinner from one of the restaurants next door and meet some new friends who also love their dogs? (Link: www.zoomroom.me/rbsmall).

The Redondo Beach dog park is huge and has separate areas for big dogs and little dogs. Located at 190 Flagler Ln, it has two separate play areas: one for big dogs and one for small dogs. You can read reviews of the park at the yelp page (link: www.yelp.com/biz/redondo-beach-dog-park-redondo-beach).

There are also so many doggie daycares, vets, stores, and pet-friendly people in the South Bay that it’s literally a haven for us animal lovers. I love it!
