Dear Alison:

Now that some time has passed, and we are getting settled into our great new home, I wanted to take a minute to thank you for all your efforts on our behalf.

We (or rather me, as Ali was more optimistic) didn't really believe the house we eventually purchased was going to be available at a price we could live with, and it is really a credit to you for making it happen. We greatly appreciated your insight and hard work on our behalf, as well as being available to us virtually 24/7 to answer questions, attend to details, and provide information. This is the fifth home I've purchased, and it was easily my smoothest home buying experience. Well, putting together an all-cash deal certainly helped in that regard, but I was happily surprised at how all issues were quickly and effectively dealt with, and I certainly believe we have you to thank for it.

We couldn't be happier with the house - the architecture, living spaces, proximity to the beach and the neighborhood in general perfectly fits our lifestyle. Thanks again for understanding our preferences and needs probably better than we did ourselves!

I'm writing this letter to let you know about my first home buying experience. Alison Clay-Duboff was introduced to me by a good friend who knew I was looking to buy my first home. From the first day I met Alison, she was very professional. I had met with two other realtors but didn't feel like they were listening to me. Alison listened patiently to my criteria and emailed me a couple of listings within a few days.

Since this was my first home purchase, I had many, many questions. Alison was always very patient and answered my questions promptly. When I narrowed down a house, she was very efficient in coordinating all the inspections and was always on site. I was very glad to have such a professional on my side. She also made the job of my broker easier by being on top of things and very organized. My broker commented several times how Alison has been the most delightful realtor she's worked with.

We just closed on the purchase of a new town home.  As buyers, we were represented in our search and this transaction by Alison Clay-Duboff from your firm.  We wanted to take the time to tell you what an outstanding job Alison did for us.

We stumbled across Alison at an open house, and from that moment forward she became our Realtor. She listened to our needs and translated that into a thorough search with a sense of urgency that resulted in us making an offer in a short period of time.  Up to that point, we thought Alison was doing a great job for us.  Upon entering escrow, Alison’s star began to shine even brighter.

My name is Lucille Wray I am a client of Alison Clay-Duboff a Realtor from your South Bay Brokers office in Redondo Beach.  As a business owner myself I fully understand the importance of providing clients with exemplary customer service and achieving total client satisfaction.  It was my pleasure to have Alison as my Realtor who listed and sold my brothers home in Lakewood, CA that was held in his Living Trust.  Alison is truly a Real Estate professional who provides service with a smile, helping hand and compassionate heart.

The property belonged to my brother Edward A Bigelow who passed away on May 9, 2009.  He had suffered from a massive stroke on April 17 and was hospitalized from that time until the day of his death.  Alison was very sympathetic to my situation and completely understood the grief and pain I was going through while trying to get his home ready to list for sale.  She knew how great the need was to sell the property so that his Estate could be settled.

Alison listed and successfully sold the property in less than a months time even though there were some hurdles that needed to be crossed.  There was a need to find homes for my brothers two dogs which Alison went out of her way to assist me in finding homes for them.  They are both now in loving homes and are very happy.  Also there were some unforeseen problems that arose with the Living Trust.  Alison tackled that problem too and worked with my Attorney in getting it resolved.

It has been very fortunate for me to become acquainted and gotten to know Alison Clay-Duboff.  I consider her a dear friend and commend her on a job well done.   She is a Realtor who really deserves to be recognized for her outstanding work, customer service and client satisfaction.  It is my pleasure to give her referrals whenever possible.

Dear Alison;

I would like to represent my family to thank for all your help at bottom of our heart.

Time pass so fast. Last summer, we met you in your office in Redondo Beach while we went to visit our friend who is living there. You gave us a deep impression because of your warm reception and shared lot of information with us.

We signed you up as our agent to purchase a house because you gave us a lot of confidence of you knowledge on this field. At that moment we were not really making our mind to purchase a house since the market is so low, but after meeting in several time and you really gave us a lot of precious opinion on different area also realize what we required. 

Because we were living in area quite far from South bay and really inconvenience for us to see the entire house in that area, so when the house come out from market, you always checked on all the house and gave us a heads up on all the situation on the house, also fully reference around that area and environment. This part is very important to us because every time when we went to see the house by the weekend, you always share with us on all you experience and information which you did your research in advance, also assisted us to analyze our situation and what which house is  more suitable for us.

Purchasing house is really a timing consumer, waste a lot of energy & head ache but most of the issue with your assistance and control, start from looking house,  made decision,  apply for home loan, you helped us to solve all this issue one by one. We were moving into our new house by the beginning of this year.

Being a parent, nothing will make us happy than that by watching my daughter sleeping in here own room, running up & down in the house with the puppy, helping her mom to prepare the desert in the kitchen, riding bicycle along the beach, picking the shells in the sands and skating  at the open area at the beach.

Holiday is coming; my daughter is busy on decorating the Christmas tree with her mom. By night time when the decorating lights are on, the lighting make our living room feels wonderful. Now is raining, rain drop hitting the window, my wife and daughter sitting in the softer comfortable listening Christmas song playing from TV. We really enjoy this moment and feel nothing is important than can own a beautiful home.

We really appreciate on all your help.

I recently purchased a home through South Bay Brokers, working with Alison Clay-Duboff, and I wanted to write to thank both South Bay and Alison for such a positive experience.

I was a first time home buyer, and I had spent almost a year on my own looking at real estate before I met Alison.  I was very discouraged at the time and wasn't finding any property even remotely appealing in my price range.  Alison introduced herself at an open house in Hermosa Beach, and she assured me that she could help me out.

Alison understood exactly what I was looking for - I showed her a few properties I liked and gave her an idea of my "ideal house", and right away she was sending me other great properties in my price range.  Anytime something new came up, I would get a phone call or an email telling me to go take a look.  Whenever I wanted to take a look at something, she was always available and always offered genuine advice.

Once I settled on a property and made an offer, Alison was there by my side helping me understand every step of the process.  She had excellent references to get my loans (which was particularly complicated in this case) and to get my inspections taken care of.  She came to meet me wherever I needed to get paperwork signed - whether at work, at the different South Bay offices, or even at my apartment when I wasn't feeling well.  It was a very long and complicated escrow, and she worked like crazy to make it happen for me.  She always went way above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly - and was a really good friend throughout the process.

I will (and have) recommend Alison and South Bay Brokers to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.  I can say with confidence that I would not be in my house today without her!!  She is an extremely hard worker, a great agent, and a great friend!
