What my Client's are saying about their experiences:

 Isabel W. Libertyville, IL

11/6/2011 As out of state buyers, Alison helped us immensely in the purchase of our new home in RPV. She took the stress out of buying and the negotiation process went smoothly. She went beyond what we normally expect from a real estate agent and for that we will continue to use her for future RE transactions and will highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling in the South Bay Area!

Alison Clay-Duboff, of South Bay Brokers, recently sold our condo in Hermosa Beach and we couldn't have been happier with the service level and outcome. We never would have imagined that the process could be so smooth, but thanks to Alison is was. She is a consummate professional, constantly keeping us very informed during the selling process, letting us know which documents were still outstanding, how the buyers loan process was progessing, and keeping to her overall timelines. Her work ethic is second to none and although Alison is a very busy realtor (she had 5 houses in escrow as we were selling ours), we always felt as though she prioritized our needs. One of the things we appreciated most about Alison was her response time. No matter what the time of day, she was quick to answer our calls, texts, and emails. When we decide to purchase our next home we will definitely be using Alison as our buying agent. Thanks again, Alison!
